🌿 Lush Lawns
Timing matters more than you think
Best Time of Day
Mow between 8-10 AM or 4-6 PM. Morning dew has dried but it's not peak heat. Evening gives grass time to recover overnight.
Never Mow Midday
Mowing in peak heat (11 AM – 3 PM) stresses your grass. Cut blades lose moisture faster in direct sun, leaving brown tips.
Skip Wet Grass
Wet grass clumps, clogs your mower, and tears instead of cutting cleanly. Wait until the lawn is dry to the touch.
The ⅓ Rule
Never cut more than one-third of the grass blade at once. Cutting too short shocks roots and invites weeds.
How Often?
Spring: Every 5-7 days
Summer: Every 7-10 days
Fall: Every 7-14 days
Mow based on growth, not the calendar.
